Returns and Exchanges for Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom work, we will consider returns only on a case-by-case basis. If there was an error on the part of Holly Robichaux Designs, we will certainly do everything we can to adjust the item accordingly. Returns and Exchanges for Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there was an error on the part of Holly Robichaux Designs, we will certainly do everything we can to adjust the order accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of sale. Please allow for an additional 1-7 days for custom or made to order pieces. All orders are sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation or USPS First Class International. Insurance can be purchased at additional charge. Items are shipped in a cotton-filled Chocolate jewelry gift box with a ribbon inside a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery. Complimentary gift wrapping is available and may be provided upon request. At this time, Holly Robichaux Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Holly Robichaux Designs ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase of our designs is extremely important to us. You may return or exchange any item in its unworn, original condition to Holly Robichaux Designs within 14 days of receipt. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be careful when packaging items for return and consider the purchase of insurance, as I cannot accept them for return or exchange if damaged during shipment. Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged item, your account will be credited for the total amount minus the shipping costs.

Custom Work

Custom Order and Design Requests: Holly Robichaux Designs is always happy to work on a custom order or design with you. We believe in collaborative relationships between the designer and client and would be an extrordinary opportunity, we would like to help you with any ideas you may have. We are also open to adjust colors, gemstones or other materials in any existing design you see here.

Process for Requesting Custom Orders: Simply contact Holly Robichaux Designs with your design ideas and request. After consulting with you about your designs, we will let you know an approximate timeline and the price of the custom order. Once agreed, a listing will be created for you to purchase for the deposit or full amount (for details on payment, see below).

Payment for Custom Orders: For custom orders less than $100, the full amount of the custom order must be paid at the time of purchase. For custom orders more than $100, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover the costs of materials and design time. At the completion of the project the remaining 50% of the cost may be paid.

Wholesale

For wholesale purchases you must have a resale license/tax ID number. To set up an account contact us from the contact page. The minimum purchase is $250 with a minimum quantity of 3 per item (with the exception of our signature- one of a kind pieces). Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
